De belles conditions et du haut niveau pour de belles finales
Un final intense pour les joueurs de Polo et des matchs races très disputés entre les équipes de voile, la quatrième édition de la Coupe de l’hippocampe s’est clôturée en beauté ce dimanche 3 mai. Les conditions météorologiques du week-end ont été excellentes et « les batailles» n’ont pas manqués de piment. Grand soleil, bon vent, bonne mer, convivialité hors pair… toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour cette édition 2009 Les présidents des Clubs, André Beaufils de la Société Nautique de Saint-Tropez, Corinne Schuler, du Polo Club Saint-Tropez sont enchantés. Le programme a été rempli de belles compétitions. Les objectifs ont tous été atteints et les concurrents sont très satisfaits. Si l’on en juge la qualité de cette manifestation internationale qui d’année en année s’améliore la 5ème édition en 2010 s’annonce très positive !

Combiné POLO/VOILE:
EASY POLO TEAM associée aux bateaux VAMOS MI AMOR et KZI MOT D’EAU, vainqueurs de la coupe de l’hippocampe 2009 Les équipes mixtes Polo/Voile avaient été tirées au Sort vendredi à la société Nautique de Saint-Tropez. Le hasard a rassemblé les deux équipes qui allaient être premiers dans leur sport respectif. Ainsi, les vainqueurs de ce week-end de Polo, EASY POLO TEAM donne la victoire en combiné à ses alliés en Voile; VAMOS MI AMOR (également premier en voile) et KZI MOT D’EAU. Ils remportent la Coupe. Deuxième au Polo, l’équipe de la Présidente du Polo Club Saint-Tropez, Corinne Schuler, SAINT-TROPEZ alliée avec les voiliers ADSGLEN (également 2ème aux match races) et I VITTELLONI remporte la seconde place en combiné.

Great conditions and a high level for wonderful finals


An intense final for polo and match races players, the 4th edition of the Hippocampus Cup brilliantly finished on Sunday, May 3rd.
Weather conditions this weekend were excellent and the competitions were quite breathtaking.
Nice sun, good wind, great sea, friendly attitude... all the conditions were gatherd for the 2009 edition.
The Clubs' Presidents, André Beaufils of the Société Nautique de Saint-Tropez, Corinne Schuler of the Polo Club Saint-Tropez were delighted. The program was full of nice competitions. The objectives have all been fulfilled and the competitors are very satisfied.
According to the quality of this international event, which is improving year after year, the 5th edition in 2010 looks promising!

The Polo/Sail mixed teams were chosen by drawing lots on Friday at the société Nautique de Saint-Tropez. Chance gathered the two teams which were about to be first in their own category. Thus, the winners of this polo weekend, EASY POLO TEAM brings the victory to its related sailers VAMOS MI AMOR (also 1st in the sailing part of the competion) and KZI MOT D'EAU. They won the Cup.
Second at the polo competition, the team of the Saint-Tropez Polo Club's President, Corinne, Schuler, SAINT-TROPEZ, related to the sailers ADSGLEN (also 2nd at the sailing match races) and I VITTELLONI won the 2nd combined position.
